Job Duties
- assist the Executive Housekeeper with various functions in housekeeping and laundry areas
- maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- ensure high quality in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting space, and storage areas
- maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
- lead housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and company standards
- operate and manage cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
- promote a positive work environment and teamwork
