Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in housekeeping or related field
  • ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment
  • knowledge of cleaning chemical safety
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability for flexible scheduling

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
  • maintain exceptional service levels for guest and team member satisfaction
  • ensure high quality standards in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and storage areas
  • uphold integrity, service, and hospitality with team members and guests
  • lead and motivate the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness and quality standards
  • operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals properly
  • maintain department organization and safety standards
