- at least one year of experience in housekeeping or related field
- ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment
- knowledge of cleaning chemical safety

Job Duties
- assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
- maintain exceptional service levels for guest and team member satisfaction
- ensure high quality standards in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and storage areas
- uphold integrity, service, and hospitality with team members and guests
- lead and motivate the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness and quality standards
- operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals properly
- maintain department organization and safety standards
