Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping experience
  • understanding of safety and security standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights
  • strong organizational skills
  • customer service orientation
  • capability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • experience in housekeeping management
  • knowledge of housekeeping and laundry supplies
  • skills in staff training and scheduling
  • ability to manage VIP and special guest services
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • prior experience in hospitality or hotel operations

Job Duties

  • assist in oversight of housekeeping and night cleaning operations
  • ensure safety and security policies are followed
  • manage housekeeping and laundry supplies
  • provide turndown service and attend to VIP guest needs
  • train, develop and schedule housekeeping staff
  • promote customer and associate satisfaction
  • coordinate with other departments and handle guest interactions
