Job Duties

  • assist in oversight of housekeeping operations
  • manage public areas and night cleaning
  • ensure housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars are maintained
  • follow all safety and security policies and procedures
  • provide turndown service and meet special needs of VIP guests
  • train, develop, and schedule housekeeping staff
  • promote customer and associate satisfaction
