Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning and laundry equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
- Maintain exceptional service levels for guest and team member satisfaction
- Ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, storage, and work areas
- Lead the housekeeping team to achieve Drury Hotels' cleanliness standards
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers
- Maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
