Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience in hotel or similar setting
- Ability to safely handle and store cleaning chemicals
- Familiarity with commercial laundry and cleaning equipment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent guest service orientation
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning methods for guest rooms and laundry operations
- Experience operating commercial washers, dryers, and vacuum equipment
- Ability to lead and motivate a housekeeping team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry operations
- Maintain exceptional +1 Service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and quality in guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and storage areas
- Lead the Housekeeping team to achieve company quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and operation of cleaning equipment
- Foster integrity, service, and hospitality among team members
- Monitor inventory and departmental supplies to maintain efficient operations
