Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in relevant field
- Certification as Executive Chef
- Minimum five years as Assistant Executive Chef
- Minimum ten years progressive culinary experience
- Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Food and Beverage Management, Culinary or related field
- Certification as Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation
- Minimum five years experience as Assistant Executive Chef
- Minimum ten years progressive experience as Chef, Room Chef or Kitchen Supervisor in high volume environment
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Professional presence with honesty and fairness
- Ability to mentor and inspire food and beverage associates
- Excellent team leadership and development skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Serv-Safe certification or willingness to become certified within 180 days
- Creative thinker with ability to develop new ideas
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to appearance standards including no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
Job Duties
- Assist in providing a clean, safe and pleasant atmosphere for guests and associates
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable experience and desire to return
- Inspire team members to provide the highest levels of guest service
- Function as a team leader and promote a team environment
- Accomplish assigned tasks within budget and on-time
- Provide good decision-making in business situations
- Maintain presentation and operation of food and beverage facilities
- Respond to associates' and guests' inquiries professionally
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Protect property and equipment assigned to outlets
- Contribute to new ideas, menus, promotions and parties
- Assist in marketing and action plans to increase revenues and guest satisfaction
- Lead and guide food and beverage team members
- Develop menus and manage projects with the food and beverage team
- Maintain communication with property management for consistent operations
- Provide timely reports and information about food and beverage operations
- Develop talents and skills of back of house associates
- Exhibit professional presence and honesty
- Comply with directives from Director of Food and Beverage
