Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on site at The Landmark 5 days a week, up to and including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • 1 year of experience in a support role within luxury retail, hospitality, or events
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive support for client events and activations
  • Assist with non-client and ad hoc events, including internal corporate events (Tiffany & LVMH), brand activations, and press events
  • Support the execution of on-site events and activations, contributing to day-of coordination
  • Assist with event planning timelines and help anticipate on-site event needs
  • Support in gathering data for post-event reporting and ROI analysis
  • Assist in sourcing and managing relationships with luxury vendors
  • Support the management of invoices and vendor payments
  • Help track event spending and budgets
  • Provide support to Client Relations during High Jewelry events
  • Collaborate with store partners to ensure smooth event operations, including on-site support when needed
  • Assist with managing logistics before, during, and after events (e.g., invitations, gifts, guest lists, RSVPs, travel, billing, and invoices)
  • Support the process and staffing for event check-in
