Job Requirements
- Ability to work on site at The Landmark 5 days a week, up to and including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- 1 year of experience in a support role within luxury retail, hospitality, or events
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive support for client events and activations
- Assist with non-client and ad hoc events, including internal corporate events (Tiffany & LVMH), brand activations, and press events
- Support the execution of on-site events and activations, contributing to day-of coordination
- Assist with event planning timelines and help anticipate on-site event needs
- Support in gathering data for post-event reporting and ROI analysis
- Assist in sourcing and managing relationships with luxury vendors
- Support the management of invoices and vendor payments
- Help track event spending and budgets
- Provide support to Client Relations during High Jewelry events
- Collaborate with store partners to ensure smooth event operations, including on-site support when needed
- Assist with managing logistics before, during, and after events (e.g., invitations, gifts, guest lists, RSVPs, travel, billing, and invoices)
- Support the process and staffing for event check-in
