Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on site at The Landmark 5 days a week up to and including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays based on business needs
  • 1 year of experience in a support role within luxury retail hospitality or events
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive support for client events and activations
  • assist with non-client and ad hoc events including internal corporate events Tiffany & Co. and LVMH, brand activations, and press events
  • support the execution of on-site events and activations contributing to day-of coordination
  • assist with event planning timelines and help anticipate on-site event needs
  • support in gathering data for post-event reporting and ROI analysis
  • assist in sourcing and managing relationships with luxury vendors
  • support the management of invoices and vendor payments
  • help track event spending and budgets
  • provide support to client relations during High Jewelry events
  • collaborate with store partners to ensure smooth event operations including on-site support when needed
  • assist with managing logistics before during and after events such as invitations gifts guest lists RSVPs travel billing and invoices
  • support the process and staffing for event check-in
