Job Requirements
- Ability to work on site at The Landmark 5 days a week up to and including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays based on business needs
- 1 year of experience in a support role within luxury retail hospitality or events
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive support for client events and activations
- assist with non-client and ad hoc events including internal corporate events Tiffany & Co. and LVMH, brand activations, and press events
- support the execution of on-site events and activations contributing to day-of coordination
- assist with event planning timelines and help anticipate on-site event needs
- support in gathering data for post-event reporting and ROI analysis
- assist in sourcing and managing relationships with luxury vendors
- support the management of invoices and vendor payments
- help track event spending and budgets
- provide support to client relations during High Jewelry events
- collaborate with store partners to ensure smooth event operations including on-site support when needed
- assist with managing logistics before during and after events such as invitations gifts guest lists RSVPs travel billing and invoices
- support the process and staffing for event check-in
