Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in food and beverage or banquet management
  • Experience in hotel or convention industry
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage banquet event setups according to specifications and timelines
  • Oversee service delivery during events ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain banquet event spaces and related equipment
  • Monitor and control labor costs and event expenses
  • Mentor and train banquet team members for performance improvement and growth
  • Coordinate with other departments to support event execution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during events
