Job Requirements

Minimum of two years experience in food & beverage or banquet management
Experience in hotel or convention industry
Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights
California Food Handlers Certification required
CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required
Proficient in basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Manage banquet event setups and room arrangements

Ensure financial success and operational efficiency of the banquet department
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill event requirements
Train and support banquet staff to uphold service standards
Handle event-related challenges promptly and professionally
