Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- or 3 years experience in at least two hospitality areas
- ability to lead and manage teams
- knowledge of OSHA regulations
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work full time
- flexible and reliable
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Communicates service needs to kitchen and steward staff
- totals charges and prepares checks for group functions
- verifies banquet rooms and event spaces are set per specifications
- inspects cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
- sets tables according to event type and standards
- leads shift teams and coordinates meetings
- addresses guest satisfaction issues and feedback
