Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of relevant experience or 3 years of hospitality experience without formal education
  • experience in food and beverage, culinary, guest services, or related areas
  • availability to work full-time on-site
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
  • 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, or housekeeping
  • experience running shifts and managing day-to-day operations
  • strong hospitality skills
  • ability to train and lead teams
  • proficiency in managing event operations
  • knowledge of OSHA regulations

Job Duties

  • Communicates service needs to culinary and steward teams
  • totals charges for group functions and prepares payment checks
  • verifies banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks readiness
  • inspects cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
  • sets tables according to event and service standards
  • leads shift teams and conducts pre-shift meetings
  • manages staff scheduling and inventory of function room amenities
