Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in planning and coordinating events including logistics, setup, and teardown
  • support the Event Manager with schedules, budgets, and resource management
  • help supervise event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
  • engage with attendees, provide information, and enhance their overall event experience
  • assist in creating and distributing promotional materials
  • monitor event activities and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • provide administrative support including reporting and performance tracking
  • collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective event strategies
