Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
legally authorized to work in the U.S.
availability to work some evenings and weekends for live events

Job Qualifications

Experience in event coordination, volunteer management, or customer-facing roles such as retail or hospitality
background in marketing, public relations, communications, or nonprofit work
familiarity with fundraising campaigns or community outreach initiatives
strong attention to detail
natural leadership skills
confident, professional communication skills
creative problem-solving ability and quick thinking
genuine passion for social causes, nonprofits, or community involvement

Job Duties

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events and outreach programs for nonprofit partners
oversee on-site logistics including setup, vendor communication, and event breakdown
lead and support event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to maximize event visibility
track and report on event performance metrics and outcomes
ensure all events meet client expectations, brand standards, and fundraising goals
