Job Requirements
- Event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly
- Professional and reliable attitude
- Comfortable using ticket-scanning technology
- Availability to work from 2 PM to 8 PM on Saturday, March 14th
- Must be able to work in person

- Basic technical proficiency with ticket-scanning apps on smartphones or tablets

Job Duties
- Arrive early to set up check-in stations with event supplies and swag items
- Ensure all necessary supplies are in place and ready for participant arrival
- Check in participants by scanning their tickets and distributing supplies
- Assist with answering questions from participants throughout the event
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during check-in and the event
- Support the Event Manager in maintaining smooth event flow and customer experience
