  • Daily Dot Art is seeking an Assistant Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional and client events
  • This role assists with logistics, coordination, and on-site event operations to ensure activities run smoothly and professionally
  • Assist with planning and organizing event logistics and timelines
  • Coordinate event materials, vendors, and on-site setup
  • Support communication between team members and event partners
  • Help manage event schedules and task assignments
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Track event inventory and materials
  • Maintain organized documentation related to event planning
