Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, event planning or related field
- Strong social media proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Creative mindset and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to manage event setups and take part in active entertainment roles

Job Duties
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing themed parties, live entertainment, and special events
- Coordinate with DJs, performers, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure events run smoothly and align with brand standards
- Help manage event timelines, staffing, and performance flow
- Create and appear in engaging social media content such as reels, TikToks, stories, and live videos
- Capture event highlights and behind-the-scenes moments
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Maintain brand voice, image, and professionalism across platforms
- Assist with team scheduling and staff coordination
- Maintain entertainment calendars and event documentation
- Communicate clearly with department heads and resort leadership
- Support budgeting, booking confirmations, and performance agreements
