- Experience in hotel engineering maintenance or facilities management
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with BirchStreet or similar procurement systems
- Strong organizational administrative and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Job Duties
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors including scheduling and overseeing work
- Order supplies and manage inventory using BirchStreet ensuring proper stock levels and cost control
- Assist with payroll processing including timesheet review and submission
- Maintain organized records reports and administrative documentation
- Supervise engineering staff assign daily tasks and support team performance
- Help ensure completion of maintenance requests and preventive maintenance programs
- Uphold safety standards and hotel policies within the department
