Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of previous experience in engineering trades related to hospitality preferred
- Experience working in and supervising staff and leading teams in a hotel environment preferred
- Technical knowledge of building maintenance and engineering trades
- Ability to operate computer equipment
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Current work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Assist in managing the team to conduct repairs and maintenance of the building as required by the operation or special projects assigned by the Engineering Manager
- Assist in the training, supervision, counseling, scheduling and evaluation of performance and planning the activities of maintenance staff including making spot checks on a daily basis
- Maintain close working relations with hotel contractors who provide reliable 24-hour emergency services
- Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve guest satisfaction
- Assist with the planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the workflow of engineering requests
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons' policies and standards in all engineering activities
- Support the Chief Engineer in all technical aspects of hotel and building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and interior maintenance
