Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in housekeeping or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited institution in related field
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to train and manage staff
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years housekeeping experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in housekeeping operations and standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial targets
  • Experience with employee training and development

Job Duties

  • Review staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
  • Prepare work assignments based on room cleaning and check-out schedules
  • Inventory stock to ensure adequate housekeeping supplies
  • Supervise inspection programs for guestrooms and public spaces
  • Manage daily housekeeping operations ensuring policy compliance
  • Conduct training and provide follow-up for housekeeping staff
  • Handle scheduling, time tracking, and employee relations
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and complaint resolution
