- OR 2-year degree from accredited institution in related field

Job Duties
- Review staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
- Prepare work assignments based on room cleaning and check-out schedules
- Inventory stock to ensure adequate housekeeping supplies
- Supervise inspection programs for guestrooms and public spaces
- Manage daily housekeeping operations ensuring policy compliance
- Conduct training and provide follow-up for housekeeping staff
- Handle scheduling, time tracking, and employee relations
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and complaint resolution
