Job Duties

  • oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • manage sourcing and procurement processes
  • reconcile and track budget expenditures
  • serve as the HR Liaison overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • track vacation and sick time
  • ensure compliance with HR policies
  • support benefits administration
  • contribute to facilities projects and other operational tasks
  • collaborate effectively with BUA faculty, staff, and university departments
