Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum three years of experience in facility or maintenance operations
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings and schematics
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assists with the development of a 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance property assets
- Ensures property safety systems are up to code, maintained and inspected
- Conducts daily walk-throughs of the property and responds to operational issues
- Assists in managing procurement within annual CAM and Capital Expenditure budgets
- Partners with Operations Director to manage Property Operating expenses and minimize financial variances
- Develops scopes of work, evaluates bids, oversees contractors and ensures project compliance
- Monitors cleaning services provided through contracts
- Manages preventive maintenance, repairs, and construction work
- Reads and interprets engineering drawings and schematics
- Maintains safety environment and administers regulatory training programs
- Oversees fire safety programs with security and local officials
- Supports emergency and disaster response preparation
- Performs condition assessments to aid in long-range capital planning
- Interacts with Portfolio Director of Operations and Energy Services
- Provides tenant construction support and ensures compliance with mall criteria
- Coordinates tenant openings and communicates with tenant coordination
- Develops staff through performance management and training
- Resolves tenant lease and non-lease facility operation concerns
- Maintains relationships with key civic leaders and tenants
- Fulfills Manager-on-Duty rotation and manages emergencies
- Oversees operations purchasing program and asset inventory
- Ensures service agreements comply with purchasing policy
- Performs other duties as assigned
