Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • one year of full-time ticket office experience
  • excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds
  • current knowledge of NCAA rules

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • experience in a ticket office at a Division I athletic institution
  • familiarity with Ticketmaster software
  • experience with donor-based priority seating programs
  • proficiency in Photoshop or InDesign
  • supervisory and hiring experience
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • knowledge of NCAA rules
  • ability to work with diverse populations

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all ticketing operations for women’s basketball and baseball
  • create and manage events and ticket sales processes
  • reconcile ticket sales and prepare accurate event settlements
  • hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and discipline student workers
  • provide strong leadership and mentorship to staff
  • analyze sales trends and provide detailed ticket reports
  • handle cash management and deposit responsibilities
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure success of events
  • provide gameday support and customer service, including issue resolution
  • ensure compliance with university, conference, and NCAA policies
