Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- one year of full-time ticket office experience
- excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills
- ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds
- current knowledge of NCAA rules
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing, or a related field preferred
- experience in a ticket office at a Division I athletic institution
- familiarity with Ticketmaster software
- experience with donor-based priority seating programs
- proficiency in Photoshop or InDesign
- supervisory and hiring experience
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- knowledge of NCAA rules
- ability to work with diverse populations
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all ticketing operations for women’s basketball and baseball
- create and manage events and ticket sales processes
- reconcile ticket sales and prepare accurate event settlements
- hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and discipline student workers
- provide strong leadership and mentorship to staff
- analyze sales trends and provide detailed ticket reports
- handle cash management and deposit responsibilities
- collaborate with other departments to ensure success of events
- provide gameday support and customer service, including issue resolution
- ensure compliance with university, conference, and NCAA policies
