Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to obtain airport SIDA badging and Hazmat Shipping Certification
- Ability to become a Hazmat trainer
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Assist and support the Vice President of Technical Operations and other senior management in promoting safety and regulatory compliance
- Provide leadership in personnel development, finance, productivity, and accountability
- Assist Director of Stores and Supply Chain in development and implementation of performance KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
- Assist in the development of stores budgets and cost projections
- Maintain cost within assigned budgets
- Identify efficiency roadblocks, develop strategic initiatives, and execute processes to remove barriers to success
- Ensure Stores Management team is trained and following policies in day-to-day operations including shipping, receiving, transfers, and packaging
- Conduct audits to ensure uniform compliance with company processes
- Review and assist in demand scheduling to ensure optimal coverage
- Perform project management for physical inventories, tool calibration, and implementation of new initiatives
- Responsible for Company's Security and Safety Management System and associated outputs
- Perform other duties as assigned
