Job Duties
- assist the Director of Spa & Retail with day-to-day operations of spa, salon, fitness, tennis, and retail departments
- manage staffing and conduct standards training
- ensure exceptional guest service delivery
- coordinate retail promotions and events
- resolve guest complaints and problems efficiently
- prepare and analyze financial reports
- maintain supplies and equipment inventory
