Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping or related field
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in hospitality or related major
- Ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to work full time in Tampa, Florida

- Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing housekeeping teams
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Proficiency in scheduling and employee relations
Job Duties
- Review staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
- Obtain and prepare work assignments for rooms to be cleaned and prospective check-outs
- Inventory housekeeping supplies to ensure adequacy
- Supervise inspections of guestrooms and public spaces
- Manage department operations to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
- Ensure employees have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Communicate areas needing attention to staff and follow up for understanding
