Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Rooms Division leadership experience in a full-service or luxury hotel
- Strong operational knowledge of front office and housekeeping
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support daily operations of the Rooms Division, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction across Front Office, Housekeeping, Bell/Door, and Guest Services
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, resolving guest concerns and overseeing hotel operations
- Ensure consistent execution of Hyatt brand standards, service behaviors, and cleanliness expectations
- Monitor guest feedback (surveys, online reviews) and implement corrective actions to improve scores
- Lead, coach, and develop Rooms Division leadership and hourly colleagues
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable service culture aligned with Hyatt values
- Assist in managing Rooms Division budgets, labor productivity, and cost controls
- Analyze occupancy, staffing levels, and service demands to optimize scheduling and efficiency
- Support forecasting and planning in collaboration with Revenue Management and Finance
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Engineering and Security to maintain guestroom and public area conditions
- Support emergency preparedness and response procedures
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales & Events, Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping to support group arrivals, VIP guests, and large conventions
- Participate in daily operations meetings, pre-cons, and leadership briefings
