Job Requirements

  • Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in rooms management or operations required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in Opera and Reserve hotel systems
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Rooms or Operations Management experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge including a working knowledge of Opera and Reserve
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience assisting in overseeing any area in the Rooms Division
  • Capable of training, staff development and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Oversee the entire Rooms Division with the help of the Director of Rooms
  • Train and develop staff within the Rooms Division
  • Manage scheduling for Rooms Division personnel
  • Assist in ensuring operational excellence across all room-related departments
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle administrative tasks related to room management and staff development
