Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience in an upscale or luxury hotel
  • Advanced knowledge of front office operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work in a 24-hour operation
  • Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of six years of experience in upscale or luxury hotel environments
  • Advanced knowledge of front office operations
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong record in guest and team engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Experience in managing financial performance within a hospitality setting

Job Duties

  • Manage front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Lead and mentor front office team members to enhance engagement and performance
  • Oversee daily operational and financial outcomes of the rooms division
  • Implement and maintain standards aligned with brand and mission
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests to resolve issues and foster a positive environment
