Job Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Previous luxury hospitality or residential experience preferred
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Strong mathematical, analytical and business acumen skills
- People management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate complex operations and multitask effectively
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Job Duties
- Assist in people management eg. hiring and training of all Residential Services team members, payroll, schedules, provide regular performance feedback
- Assist with financial management requirements eg. Annual budget, HOA billing process including sending statements, accepting payment, monitoring account delinquencies
- Serve as first contact for homeowner/tenant needs and concerns in the absence of the Residential Leader
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the residences including resident events and purchase orders
- Assist with new owner orientations ensuring understanding and compliance with policies
- Oversee preventative maintenance program and conduct regular property walkthroughs
- Develop and implement lifestyle improvement initiatives and resident services through hotel and community partnerships
- Liaise with Residential Division and hotel departments to ensure timely completion of service requests
- Maintain and enhance employee experience within the residential team
- Lead residential recognition efforts and coordinate with hotel leadership to enhance resident engagement
- Handle all resident interactions with hospitality and professionalism, resolve complaints, assist with inquiries
- Familiarize with legal and governance responsibilities related to Property Manager, Owners and Operator
- Perform other functions necessary for successful operation and service delivery of private residences
