Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
- Minimum 2 years of HR leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws pertaining to human resources
- Flexible schedule, may be required to work weekends, holidays and during various hours of operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professionalism, adaptability and discretion
- Must possess legal work authorization in the United States

- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources

Job Duties
- Oversee administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations
- Support recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
- Lead labor relations, internal reviews, and investigations
- Oversee employee communications and career development initiatives
- Handle workers' compensation and employee-related legal matters
- Plan, organize, and participate in employee engagement and recognition programs
- Collaborate with leadership to align people and culture strategies with business goals
