Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Minimum 2 years of HR leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team
  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal laws pertaining to human resources
  • Flexible schedule, may be required to work weekends, holidays and during various hours of operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professionalism, adaptability and discretion
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in human resources or hospitality program
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Minimum 2 years of HR leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and discretion

Job Duties

  • Oversee administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Lead labor relations, internal reviews, and investigations
  • Oversee employee communications and career development initiatives
  • Handle workers' compensation and employee-related legal matters
  • Plan, organize, and participate in employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Collaborate with leadership to align people and culture strategies with business goals
