Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations
  • minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience in rooms and food & beverage division
  • strong knowledge of hotel operations
  • excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently
  • proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within the rooms and food & beverage division
  • strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
  • excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems efficiently
  • proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • assist in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
  • partner with department heads to ensure efficient staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • drive operational excellence by analyzing performance data and implementing process improvements
  • ensure all departments comply with company standards, brand expectations, and regulatory requirements
  • support the Director of Operations in developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed service, revenue, and profitability goals
  • handle guest concerns and operational issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures
  • lead by example, fostering a positive and professional work culture aligned with company values
  • assist in preparing for and leading daily stand-up meetings and operations reviews
  • support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts across operational departments
