Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in luxury or high-volume restaurants
- proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- proficiency in operational software and scheduling tools
- capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- valid work authorization for employment in the United States

- strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

- prior experience collaborating with kitchen and BOH teams
- knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards in hospitality
- strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- lead and oversee daily service operations across all venues and outlets, ensuring alignment with brand and service standards
- serve as a floor leader during peak service, anticipating needs, resolving issues, and supporting managers and teams in real time
- conduct impactful pre-shift briefings and post-service recaps focused on pacing, guest flow, and execution
- support the Director of Operations in maintaining brand consistency across all guest touchpoints
- supervise and coach floor managers and department heads, providing clear direction and immediate feedback
- ensure all service stations are fully prepared, stocked, and staffed before service
- partner closely with BOH leadership to coordinate timing, menu flow, and communication between FOH and kitchen
- drive labor efficiency through strategic scheduling, deployment, and active supervision
- perform daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
- assist with onboarding, training, and development of managers and hourly staff
- manage shift notes, operational reports, and handoffs between services
- act as Director of Operations in their absence when required
