Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
  • minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in luxury or high-volume restaurants
  • proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent leadership and team management skills
  • proficiency in operational software and scheduling tools
  • capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • valid work authorization for employment in the United States

  • strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

  • ability to maintain brand consistency and service excellence
  • prior experience collaborating with kitchen and BOH teams
  • knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards in hospitality
  • strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • lead and oversee daily service operations across all venues and outlets, ensuring alignment with brand and service standards
  • serve as a floor leader during peak service, anticipating needs, resolving issues, and supporting managers and teams in real time
  • conduct impactful pre-shift briefings and post-service recaps focused on pacing, guest flow, and execution
  • support the Director of Operations in maintaining brand consistency across all guest touchpoints
  • supervise and coach floor managers and department heads, providing clear direction and immediate feedback
  • ensure all service stations are fully prepared, stocked, and staffed before service
  • partner closely with BOH leadership to coordinate timing, menu flow, and communication between FOH and kitchen
  • drive labor efficiency through strategic scheduling, deployment, and active supervision
  • perform daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
  • assist with onboarding, training, and development of managers and hourly staff
  • manage shift notes, operational reports, and handoffs between services
  • act as Director of Operations in their absence when required
