Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations management
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing multiple departments
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management preferably within Food and Beverage and Rooms Division
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze operational data
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
  • Experience in coaching and developing leadership talent
  • Knowledge of Hyatt brand standards and hospitality best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee hotel operations ensuring alignment with Hyatt brand standards guest satisfaction goals and financial objectives
  • Review and interpret financial and operational reports demonstrating strong numerical and analytical capability to drive informed decision-making
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and alignment across departments to achieve hotel-wide strategic goals
  • Lead through department heads and managers by empowering leaders while reinforcing accountability and performance expectations
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Model Hyatt leadership expectations by demonstrating care for guests and colleagues maintaining clear communication and upholding professional standards
  • Coach counsel and develop department heads and managers to ensure high performance accountability and continuous professional growth
