  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee smooth functioning of Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions
  • work with department heads to develop and implement departmental strategies
  • ensure implementation of brand standards, strategies, and initiatives
  • focus on growing revenues and maximizing financial performance
  • ensure customer service and colleague satisfaction targets are met
  • support implementation of property-wide strategies
  • manage daily operations and resolve operational issues
