Job Duties
- Oversee smooth functioning of Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions
- work with department heads to develop and implement departmental strategies

- ensure customer service and colleague satisfaction targets are met
- support implementation of property-wide strategies
- manage daily operations and resolve operational issues
