Job Requirements
- Minimum of four year college degree
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality operations
- Experience managing multi-department teams

Job Qualifications
- Current Directors of Operations at small to mid-sized properties ready to manage a high volume convention property
- Current Directors of Food & Beverage or Rooms ready to learn both areas of operations
- Current Assistant Directors of Food & Beverage or Rooms seeking operational growth
- Experience as a department head in at least two hotel departments
- Four year college degree from accredited university
- Solid work history with strong professional references
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds
- Service oriented with professional presentation skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist Executive Committee members with management of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Food & Beverage venues, Banquets, and Convention Services
- Lead and supervise a staff of hourly associates and Assistant Managers/Department Managers across both Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions
- Manage over 100 contracted associates within Housekeeping, Guest Services, Security, Banquets, and Convention Services
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by upholding Hyatt service standards
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business goals
- Support team training, development, and performance evaluations
