Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years food and beverage management experience
- Experience in luxury hotel or resort preferred
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory and budget management
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
Job Duties
- Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, outlet reservations, systems management, budget and forecasting, marketing, report generation, department management and meeting facilitation
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward
- Develop and implement menus and food and beverage marketing strategies in partnership with the Director of Food and Beverage and culinary team
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Recruit, interview and train team members
