Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum five years of food and beverage leadership experience in a hotel
- Prior union management experience required
- Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets
- Proven track record in team leadership and development
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, quality, inventory, reservations, systems, budget, marketing, reports, and meetings
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, training, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition, and rewards
- Develop and implement menus and marketing strategies in partnership with the director and culinary team
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Recruit, interview, and train team members
- Participate in department meetings and facilitate communication across outlets
