Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum five years of food and beverage leadership experience in a hotel
  • Prior union management experience required
  • Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Proven track record in team leadership and development
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, quality, inventory, reservations, systems, budget, marketing, reports, and meetings
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, training, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition, and rewards
  • Develop and implement menus and marketing strategies in partnership with the director and culinary team
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members
  • Participate in department meetings and facilitate communication across outlets
