Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum five years of relevant food and beverage management experience
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting

Job Qualifications

At least five years of fine dining food and beverage management experience
Proven leadership skills
Experience with financial performance monitoring
Strong knowledge of beverage service
Familiarity with Forbes Standards preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to train and develop staff

Job Duties

Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost control, marketing initiatives, budgeting, department management, policy implementation, and meeting facilitation
Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, training, evaluations, counseling, and recognition
Assess guest service and satisfaction trends to identify issues and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
Initiate and implement up-selling techniques and cross-selling products to maximize revenue
Recruit, interview, and train new team members
Oversee financial performance and social media reputation of food and beverage outlets
