Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of relevant food and beverage management experience
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of fine dining food and beverage management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with financial performance monitoring
- Strong knowledge of beverage service
- Familiarity with Forbes Standards preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
Job Duties
- Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost control, marketing initiatives, budgeting, department management, policy implementation, and meeting facilitation
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, training, evaluations, counseling, and recognition
- Assess guest service and satisfaction trends to identify issues and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Initiate and implement up-selling techniques and cross-selling products to maximize revenue
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members
- Oversee financial performance and social media reputation of food and beverage outlets
