- Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data and implement plans

Job Duties
- Oversee operations of multiple food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and lounges
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Interpret financial and operational data to optimize performance
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with Hyatt standards
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory to maximize profitability
