  • Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data and implement plans
  • Proven leadership capability to direct a team
  • Demonstrated time management skills

  • Availability to work extended hours as business needs dictate

Job Duties

  • Oversee operations of multiple food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and lounges
  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Interpret financial and operational data to optimize performance
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with Hyatt standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory to maximize profitability
