Job Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum 5 years in luxury food and beverage leadership roles with multi-outlet oversight
- Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards policies and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage service cost control labor control maintenance merchandising and accounting
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
- Requires reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Job Duties
- Select train mentor and evaluate managers and employees across all food and beverage outlets
- Foster a culture of empowerment accountability and continuous learning

- Develop and manage budgets forecasts and profit and loss for all outlets
- Optimize labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling and cost control measures
- Implement creative revenue strategies including dynamic pricing and experiential upselling
- Maintain a strong presence in all outlets engaging with guests to personalize experiences
