Job Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum 5 years in luxury food and beverage leadership roles with multi-outlet oversight
  • Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards policies and standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service cost control labor control maintenance merchandising and accounting
  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
  • Requires reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Job Duties

  • Select train mentor and evaluate managers and employees across all food and beverage outlets
  • Foster a culture of empowerment accountability and continuous learning
  • Champion diversity and inclusion while attracting top talent in a competitive market
  • Develop and manage budgets forecasts and profit and loss for all outlets
  • Optimize labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling and cost control measures
  • Implement creative revenue strategies including dynamic pricing and experiential upselling
  • Maintain a strong presence in all outlets engaging with guests to personalize experiences
