Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive food & beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-outlet operations with a strong focus on guest experience and financial performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in POS and hotel management systems (e.g., MICROS, OPERA)
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing daily F&B operations to ensure consistent service excellence and profitability
  • Support leadership teams in the Restaurant, Bar, Banquets, In-Room Dining, and Stewarding departments
  • Develop, train, and mentor department heads and associates, fostering a culture of luxury service, teamwork, and accountability
  • Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Partner with the Culinary team and Sales & Events to create unique, profitable dining and event experiences aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain consistent communication between departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and associate recognition
  • Assist in menu planning, wine selection, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Support property initiatives, guest feedback review, and brand training programs
  • Serve as Acting Director of Food & Beverage in the Director’s absence
