Job Requirements
- bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel setting
- ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
- ability to lead and direct a team
- time management skills

- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- ability to work extended hours when business necessitates

- collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
