Job Requirements

  • bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel setting
  • ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
  • ability to lead and direct a team
  • time management skills
  • negotiation skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • ability to work extended hours when business necessitates

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee the operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and lounges
  • lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver excellent guest service
  • develop and implement innovative dining concepts and promotions
  • manage budgets and control costs to ensure profitability
  • analyze financial and operational data to create effective operational plans
  • collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
