Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive Food and Beverage work experience in high-volume upscale environments
  • At least 4 years managing Food and Beverage operations with minimum $20 million in revenue
  • Prior experience opening a restaurant or hotel preferred
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven guest and team engagement results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to operate within a 24-hour business model

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Motivate and lead the Food and Beverage team to achieve high performance standards
  • Oversee daily operations of high-volume Food and Beverage outlets to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet revenue goals
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for excellence and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Train and mentor team members to foster professional growth
  • Anticipate operational challenges and implement effective solutions
