Job Requirements
- minimum of eight years progressive food and beverage work experience
- at least four years managing high-volume food and beverage operations
- experience with opening a restaurant or hotel preferred
- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- willing to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation
- strong leadership and team motivation skills
Job Qualifications
- minimum of eight years progressive food and beverage work experience in a high-volume upscale environment
- at least four years management experience with food and beverage operations generating over $20 million in revenue
- experience opening a restaurant or hotel preferred
- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- strong leadership and guest engagement skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- flexible to work in a 24-hour operation
