Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience reviewing financial statements and managing budgets
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • Ability to manage and train teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 6 years food and beverage, culinary, or event management experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or related field with 4 years relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in developing and executing operational strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and control expenses
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and employee development

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement food and beverage promotions, menu items, and presentations
  • Develop and execute a food and beverage operating strategy aligned with brand business goals
  • Ensure regular communication across food and beverage teams including pre-meal briefings and staff meetings
  • Review staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs
  • Hold food and beverage leadership accountable for service standards
  • Provide employee feedback and address concerns using an open door policy
  • Review financial reports and enforce cash and liquor control policies
