Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to develop strategic plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience reviewing financial statements and managing budgets
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Ability to manage and train teams effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years food and beverage, culinary, or event management experience
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or related field with 4 years relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in developing and executing operational strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and control expenses
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and employee development
Job Duties
- Develop and implement food and beverage promotions, menu items, and presentations
- Develop and execute a food and beverage operating strategy aligned with brand business goals
- Ensure regular communication across food and beverage teams including pre-meal briefings and staff meetings
- Review staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs
- Hold food and beverage leadership accountable for service standards
- Provide employee feedback and address concerns using an open door policy
- Review financial reports and enforce cash and liquor control policies
