Job Requirements

  • Five years of management experience in a food and beverage setting
  • One year of experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Sheriffs, Health, and TAM cards are required
  • Culinary background
  • Strong P&L experience

Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in a food and beverage setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Culinary background
  • Experience managing Profit & Loss
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees and guests
  • Ability to respectfully supervise employees in all food and beverage outlets
  • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations in Wiki Wiki & Village Cafe, Arturo's, 17 South, banquets, special events and Pool Bars
  • Complete scheduled inventories and work with accounting to ensure proper month end closing procedures are met
  • Approve FOH schedules and ensure they meet budgeted labor
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food sanitation and safety regulations, gaming and Alcohol Awareness guidelines
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training personnel
