Job Requirements
- Five years of management experience in a food and beverage setting
- One year of experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sheriffs, Health, and TAM cards are required
- Culinary background
- Strong P&L experience

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees and guests
- Ability to respectfully supervise employees in all food and beverage outlets
- Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations in Wiki Wiki & Village Cafe, Arturo's, 17 South, banquets, special events and Pool Bars
- Complete scheduled inventories and work with accounting to ensure proper month end closing procedures are met
- Approve FOH schedules and ensure they meet budgeted labor
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food sanitation and safety regulations, gaming and Alcohol Awareness guidelines
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training personnel
