Job Requirements

  • passion for food and beverage
  • minimum of 8 years progressive food and beverage work experience
  • minimum of 4 years managing high volume food and beverage operations
  • experience with operations exceeding $20 million in revenue
  • prior experience opening restaurants or hotels preferred
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexibly in a 24-hour operation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 8 years of progressive food and beverage experience in high-volume upscale environments
  • at least 4 years managing food and beverage operations with revenues exceeding $20 million
  • prior experience opening a restaurant or hotel preferred
  • strong leadership and team engagement skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • expert knowledge of food and beverage operational standards

Job Duties
