Job Requirements
- passion for food and beverage
- minimum of 8 years progressive food and beverage work experience
- minimum of 4 years managing high volume food and beverage operations
- experience with operations exceeding $20 million in revenue
- prior experience opening restaurants or hotels preferred
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexibly in a 24-hour operation
Job Qualifications

- at least 4 years managing food and beverage operations with revenues exceeding $20 million
- prior experience opening a restaurant or hotel preferred

- expert knowledge of food and beverage operational standards
