Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments
- Food manager certification
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets optimize costs and drive revenue
- Knowledge of high-end culinary trends service standards and guest experience expectations

Job Duties
- Assist in managing all food and beverage outlets including fine dining restaurants bars room service banquets and catering
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor daily operations including staffing inventory food quality and service standards
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in line with hotel and brand standards
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for all food and beverage outlets
- Monitor revenue control costs and optimize profitability
- Implement effective inventory management and cost-control measures
- Supervise train and motivate food and beverage managers and service staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff training programs to enhance skills and ensure consistent service standards
- Foster a positive and professional work environment
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet luxury standards of quality presentation and hygiene
- Manage guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create innovative menus and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
- Oversee adherence to licensing laws and industry regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens storage and service areas
- Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage and other hotel departments to plan events promotions and special offerings
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance revenue guest satisfaction and brand reputation
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Senior Management
- Maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings weekends and holidays to meet operational needs
